Diamond Crush is the work of Francesco Carucci, 3D Software Engineer at Lionhead Studios, and his Diamonds Team of non-professional game designers. The team was formed as a "a free didactic project" designed to study by development process and teach the team how an independent development group can and does operate. Its resulting project is Diamond Crush, a game distributed free and open source.
